You may use our service to up to 4 devices as long as they are connect to one network or IP.


The possible reasons why IP changes are the following:

> Using a VPN
> Connecting the devices to multiple internet connections.
> Bringing the devices to a different location.


When the system detects one or more of the following. It automatically shuts off the service.


Please turn off the VPN and connect all devices to one network or IP. Restart the device if needed.
